Photoshop doesnt open on new macbook pro M1

Photoshop does not open on my new macbook pro M1. And when I try to open creative cloud, it stops responding. Therefore, I cannot use creative cloud either.

Help!

Make sure you're on the latest MacOS version and using Photoshop 22.3.

Could you also try opening Photoshop in Rosetta emulation mode?

Isn't the latest PS updated for M1 processors?

Second that, my Creative Cloud is totally non-responsive. It starts and hang. I can use the web version. Are just installing PS will see if it works.

Have installed PS from Adobe Creative Cloud (web version) and it hangs after the start. Have force quit it once and tried again the same result. In force quit it says "not responsive".

I have a brand new MacBook Air, 16 Gb 8 core. All software is the latest.
