photoshop download stays at 0%

When I went to download photoshop, i got everything to work, but after waiting for about 1-1.5 hrs I found that my download never moved from 0%.

There was never a download error message either, it just didn't move.

Hi,

Please follow the below steps and the refer to the links:

MAC- Force Quit all Adobe related processes from Activity Monitor (eg- Creative Cloud, Core sync, CC library, Adobe Desktop Services, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash daemon etc.) see,Use Activity Monitor on your Mac - Apple Support

WINDOWS- End Task/ Process for all Adobe related processes from Task Manager (eg- Creative Cloud, Core sync, CC library, Adobe Desktop Services, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash daemon etc.) see,Open Task Manager


Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and installation issues

Installing Updates: Stuck at 0%

Error downloading or updating Adobe Creative Cloud apps
