I have purchased the Photoshop Elements 10 for Windows in October 2011. Since then, I have bought a MacBook. Does the purchase lisence allow a second installation in Mac, while keeping the first one Windows? If yes, how to proceed? I'd really need the software both machines.

This is correct unless you have a multiplatform license.  If you are unsure if your license is for both Mac and Windows or Windows only then I would recommend contacting our support team.

    Hello Jeff,

To conclude: I contacted the support team and learned that I would need to download the trial version to my Mac and enter my Serial No., that I got for the initial Windows version, when installing in Mac. Lo and behold, it worked! Now I have the software in these two computers under the same licence.

Thanks Jeff for your support, and hopefully this info is useful for others as well.

Yes you can install on a second computer.  You would want to insert your installation media and run the installer.

Thanks Jeff, I downloaded the file from my orders on the Adobe website, but when opening the exe file, it opens up in TextEdit with the message "This program must be run under Win32"?

It seems that there is only an exe file, not any dmg files for Mac. Before proceeding, just a clarification: does "swapping" imply that I no longer can use the solftware in my Windows PC?
