Photoshop Elements 12 Download

I was chatting with customer service and accidentally exited the chat.  I found the link I got from them to download elements 12 and when I click on it I don't see what to do next to get it to download. What am I missing?

Thank you!  That is the link I have to download it but when I click on the Elements 12 there is nothing else to click on.  I click on Elements 12 and a box opens with languages and the only options to click on are for Japanese and German for MAC.
