Please help! I've bought Premiere Elements 13 in 2014 on the Adobe website. Saturday I tried to move all my programs to the G-drive on my PC, something went wrong and now the program must be un-installed and re-installed. I don't have a backup and the email address used buying the program does not exist anymore. I do have proof of purchase and it is still on the same PC

if you don't have access to the installation file, reverse what you've done.

if you do have access to the installation file:

reverse what you've done.

then properly sign out of elements (help > sign out or deactivate)

then properly uninstall elements

then properly install elements to the desired location

I've tried to reverse it, but it doesn't work. I need the installation
file, which I don't have access to, because my email address changed.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Lizette, in addition to Kglad's advice please see https://adobe.ly/4fC6y1S for information on how you can download a fresh copy of the installation files for Premiere Elements 13.

I would also recommend bookmarking and reviewing https://adobe.ly/3Z185JG which provides additional information on how you can manage and maintain any remaining activations for your copy of Premiere Elements 13. ^JW

Goodday, so my biggest problem here is that I used an email address when
purchasing the product that doesn't exist anymore. When I use the first
link with my new email, it asks to register the product. When I do so, it
says that the product code is already in use (obviously my previous email
account)
I've only downloaded the program on one PC ever and it's asking for a
re-installment of a link I don't have anymore.
