Hello,
Since there is no contact e-mail reclamation, here my situation:
I bought Photoshop Elements 14 for Mac last month, taking advantage of the spring promotion that you did and was ended.
I saw yesterday that Adobe just released exactly the same product on Apple Mac App Store.
I always use Mac App Store as my primary choice because:
1. I don't need to keep a copy of the setup + license key (it's GB of data that can be lost);
2. I can easily format my Mac (that I do after one time a year of a major OS release) and restore the application directly from Mac App Store without need to a separate license key (it's bind to my Apple account).
I tried to get a Apple Mac App Store coupon to be able to download again directly from there, so I tried to contact Adobe chat but they didn't not helped me as show didn't have any knowledge adobe Apple (after spoke to 3 different people !!!) and they also was very, very rude with me.
I feel really offended about the support.

Please let us know what would you like to do, is it that you would like cancel the purchase or need any technical help.
We do not support apple store purchases.

First, thank your for your reply.
On my point of view, you can offer me a redeem code, so I can download from Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 on the Mac App Store without evolving more costs.
To avoid to have access to the same application from Mac App Store and adobe.com at the same time, you can then cancel my adobe.com purchase and get the guarantee that I continue to have only one place for future downloads.
Apple offers this possibility to developers. It's just a metter of you want to do it.
If I had bought the application 3 or 4 months after you release on Mac App Store I would understand your resistance but it's not the case.
