photoshop elements 15.0 for google chrome OS?

i already have pse 15.0 on my home computer. i want to put it on my new laptop/tablet but it has google chrome os. when i try to download it. it says need mac os or microsoft. it says try to search chrome store for a compatible version. does that mean i cant download it? is there a way to do it?

    You are correct, you must have a Mac or Windows computer, not a Chrome
