I have Windows-10, and when I purchased Photoshop Elements 2018, I had to go through hoops in order to get the blasted thing to work. That included changing settings in the operating system that, frankly, made me a little nervous. Reading the forum, apparently this was a common problem other users encountered as well. Has this been fixed? There was no problem downloading the product, but getting it to open and work, never happened.
Ruralrich, what errors did you encounter while installing Photoshop Elements 2018? Have you encountered any new errors while installing Photoshop Elements 2019 on the Windows 10 computer?
I've haven't purchased the 2019 version. There was no kind of error code with the 2018 version.I just couldn't 'open' (for the lack of a better word) it. I couldn't get to the tools the software provided.When I contacted the Adobe community, I got an answer back that had me change an internalsetting within Windows 10. That fixed the problem.
