PhotoShop Elements 4 on my new 64bit computer running Windows 7?

I am quite happy running Photoshop  Elements 4 on my exsisting 32bit computer with Win XP, but will it be compatable with my new 64 bit computer running Windows 7? If the answer is no then what will be the easiest and most cost efficient solution so that I can maintain my existing photo Libuary.

Any advice will be appreciated.
