Photoshop Elements 6

New Here ,
Jan 18, 2013 Jan 18, 2013

I had to format my computer and reload Windows XP.  I want my old Photoshop Elements 6 back.  I do not have any discs, only a serial # - what do I need to do?

you need to find a trial program to download.  but that's so old i'm not sure you can find a legit trial.

Good point. I found a cheap copy on Ebay. Thanks for the tip.

No way to know.  In all likelihood, not. eBay has a bad software reputation.  The majority is pirated junkware or malware infected knockoffs.  But at this late stage, Elements 6 isn't of any use to anyone anymore.  Most machines can't run it much less install it.

Can I ask why you're using obsolete OS and software?  You realize MS quit supporting XP a long time ago.  It gets no security updates and it's a full 5 versions behind Win11.   You might want to consider upgrading to a newer computer and get PS Elements 2022.
