Photoshop Elements 8 on a computer without CD/DVD player

                            HI, I AM TRYING TO DOWNLOAD PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 8 TO MY WINDOWS COMPUTER. THE PROBLEM IS THAT IT WAS WAS

ALREADY ON IT BUT MY COMPUTER CRASHED AND NOW THE CD/DVD PLAYER IT THE COMPUTER WON'T WORK. I HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER . BUT I

DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET IT BACK. IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD IT FROM? THANK YOU
