Photoshop Elements download from Dell won't open

Recently downloaded Photoshop Elements from Dell.Said that download was successful yet cannot open the app when I try to open it it says there are no files.

    Did another download of product. This time I was able to unzip the files and try to do an installation. However I was not supplied with a serial number which I need in order to complete installation. I have contacted both Adobe and Dale and have yet not gotten anything as to a serial number so that I can complete the installation.


    Your email from Dell verifying your purchase should have included (A) your serial number or (B) a redemption code

    -Redemption Code to get serial number https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial

    You need to re-read what you received from Dell, and contact Dell if you did not receive what you paid for

    If Dell sell the product they are responsible for getting what you need to you. This is not a tech issue for Adobe to solve.

    1 - Since you did not download from Adobe, have you asked Dell for help?

    2 - Exactly what file(s) did you download?

    Thank you. That is what I thought also and why they told me to contact you all I'm not sure. I never got a serial number in my receipt or anything like that. Since yesterday they say they have a group looking into it which to me does not sound exactly right. Thank you once again for your help and your assistance I really appreciate it.
