Photoshop has disappeared!

Question

I deleted Photoshop and want to reinstall it but the app is no longer visible in Creative Cloud. Attempting to direct download just takes me to the Creative Cloud app page. Please help! I've tried logging out and in, I've tried reinstalling Creative Cloud -- nothing seems to work.

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails you could try a direct download by requesting a link from an adobe rep (or check prodesigntools.com):

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
