Photoshop/Illustrator for mobile or pc?

Is there a difference whether I purchase the pc or mobile format? Are they both different purchases? I purchased the PDF but it's only for my iPad and my purchase doesn't transfer to the PDF I have on my PC, I'll have to purchase the desktop version. I do not want to purchase PS and Illustrator for both desktop and iPad, so which version can I get my monies worth?

A subscription to Photoshop CC includes Photoshop on iPad.  However mobile apps are lighter versions  -- convenient for quick edits on the road but  not robust enough for completing projects.  You'll need to use the full scale desktop versions to access advanced features & editing capabilities in Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC.

Make sure your devices meet the minimum CPU & GPU requirements to use Creative Cloud.

i agreed with your point of view, but as per my information mobile and pc both are different.For both version you have to pay a fee. But you can't use the same activation key for both pc and mobile devices

1. But for more information and guidelines you can ask me any question. And you can also check out other latest versions of adobe. we can't use one activation key on multiple accounts.

Your information is incorrect. Or you misinterpreted what it means. Where did get your information?

I'm talking about pro-level Photoshop CC which includes Photoshop for iPad.  I think you may be confused by consumer-level Photoshop Express (mobile only) or Photoshop Elements (Win/ Mac desktop only) which have way fewer features and different pricing.

you seem very confused, (eg, there is no activation key for any adobe subscription program - and that includes photoshop and illustrator among many others).
