I am trying to download Photoshop on a Windows 7 computer.
Every time I click to download the app on Creative Cloud, it says waiting, then "Installation Failed".
Click on this and it says
"Installation failed
Download error. Press retry to try again or contact Customer Support.(55)"
I have retried multiple times, restarted computer, turned computer on and off, emptied temp files.
Not working. Please help.

The Suites and program links that Kglad have shared contains all versions of Photoshop produced:
You may refer to the below steps as well:
- Please check if you have any browser security extensions installed, please disable them. ( Eg: AD BLOCK, Mcafee site/web adviser, internet security toolbar etc)
- Also disable the Firewall of your machine. Turn Windows Firewall on or off - Windows Help

I'm looking to download regular Photoshop, I am guessing Photoshop Elements is different? Do you know where I can find a direct download for Photoshop?

- Also disable the Firewall of your machine. Turn Windows Firewall on or off - Windows Help
- Disable Firewall of the Internet security program installed on computer. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it : Browser protection, safe surfing, firewall, download intelligence)
****These changes are temporary you can revert these changes back to normal once your Creative Cloud app is up and running****
1) Uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager :
Creative Cloud Help | Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app
2) Delete following folders : ( If you don't see any folder skip that step )
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Creative Cloud Folders
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\ AAM UPDATER and OOBE both ( App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show Hidden Files and Folders in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista )
C:\Program DATA \Adobe\ rename the file SL-STORE as SL-STORE_OLD
3- Click on the below link and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use the same to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
