Branching to a separate discussion.

Dmccombs0090 the previous discussion was regarding Mac OS 10.  Any possible solutions would not be relevant for a Windows 8 installation.  What error messages did you locate in the installation log for Photoshop CC 2014?

There are no error codes it just says failed to retry or call customer support. It does have a (49) dislayed at the end. Light room loaded with no problem.

It finally installed. However, waiting in line for over an hour for a chat and then them cutting it off because I didn't reply back fast enough pissed me off. I can't sit and stare at a screen for an hour waiting for online help. Yall need to resolve some customer service issues. Thanks for your help.
