Photoshop installer does not work

Hi everyone

I downloaded installers for both Photoshop and After Effects from creative cloud, but when it comes to start the installation process, they don´t work. I don´t get any messages at all, it just does not start. I use windows 10, and below you can find more system info.

    Estebang14500812, I am sorry, but I would recommend you use a different computer to utilize Photoshop and After Effects.  The computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for After Effects and will likely face difficulties utilizing Photoshop.  You can find more details regarding the system requirements below:

    You may try beginning the installation of Photoshop by using the process listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps , Estebang14500812, but you may still face performance issues while running some of the features of the most recent release of Photoshop CC as we recommend at least 8 GB of RAM.  This computer only has 4 GB of RAM listed in your post.
