photoshop membership subscription

I'm trying to subcrive a photoshop version, I followed every passages and a window says my order is elaborating and to wait few minutes, but this window is open from 4 hours. If I came back or restart the last page I risk to create a new order. What can I do? Help me!

could you please take a look into the Order History of your Adobe ID account and verify?

If it says "We found no orders placed for your account.", close the page and do the Order
again. It might help to disable any cookie blocking or script blocking extensions in your
browser.
