Photoshop stops updating after getting to 54%

Hi Guys

Doe's anyone know why I can't update photoshop CC to the 2020 version.

It gets to 54% then doesn't download anymore just stops. Any ideas?

All sorted uninstall and reinstalled. and that has fixed it.
