Guys,

I have a monthly license for InDesign. today I decided to download a free trial 7 days of Photoshop. After downloading, it shows you in there application that you have 7 days left but in but in Creative Cloud, it tells me that my Trial has expired even though I only downloaded it and install less than about 2 hours ago

Here's a screenshot

Is this known?

Thanks,

Gary

i'm not aware of any software causing that problem, but clearly there's something in common with all the computers you've tried.

you could reformat a hard drive, install your os and then install your trial.

or you could start a subscription and then cancel within 2 weeks (which i believe is the time limit) to avoid a charge if you decide to not to subscribe.

there's nothing easy to do to correct that on the problematic computer, Understand why Adobe trial software expires or ends early

you can start a trial on another computer.

I would have agreed with you but this is now happened on 3 different machines

That screenshot is from my coporate MAC laptop here where I work at Cisco. It has never had Photoshop installed on it.

I just installed it on another brand new machine, windows 10 machine. Logged into Adobe, downloaded Photoshop, same problem, launches and then states my trial has expired straight-away
