Photoshop v 21.2.4 update failed

The Photoshop v 21.2.4 update failed.  I retried and it failed again.   No error code displayed.  OS is Windows 10 Pro.  The previous installation has been totally eliminated.

I was able to solve the problem by repairing the Creative Cloud app and then installing Photoshop 21.2.4.  Things seem to work but I have not done an extensive test.

 

FYI the Windows version is 1909 (OS Build 18363.693)

What Exact version of Win 10 Pro.

 

Go to the Start button and Type Winver and select winver.exe. Post what is says.

How did you repair the Creative Cloud app? I'm having the same problem. It won't update. I couldn't find the winver.exe, but here's the information. HELP!
