Photoshop v 23.4 Update Failed Error Code 125

For some reason, I cannot get this latest update to complete. It ALWAYS fails at 10% with error code 125 saying the likely culprit is my connection, but my other updates today (Lightroom Classic & ACR) went flawlessly.
Any suggestions?

None of those worked but I used the repair option in the uninstaller and when I reopened the Creative Cloud app it now says there is no update available. Still on 23.3.2
Going to keep trying after a restart. Thanks for the help though.
