Hi,

I have a problem installing photoshop from adobe cc.  I can install the other adobe products from cc - but not photoshop which is showing the below mcafee error blocking it.  This isnt a firewall or port issue - its a problem on the pc where mcafee is blocking the install.

I cannot unistall mcafee - is there a direct download or someother way of installing photoshop?

Thanks

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\HDBox\Setup.exe, which tried to access the file C:\adobeTemp\ETRD271.tmp\1\Application\Required\Sensei_Models\Select_Portrait_Matting\OpenVino\DIM_640_0727_he_patch3.xml.crypt, violating the rule "Block creation of CRYPT Double Extension", and was blocked. >enterprise PC they dont let staff turn of AV

Then go find someone with a supervisor login to do the install

Thanks for input cos in pretend enterprise organisations they always have this one supervisor cowboy walking around with permission to turn off the anti-virus cos someone wants to install a program.

Sorry but there's no magic supervisor...in the real world Adobe should work around an industry standard anti-virus like mcafee, not the other way around.

Perhaps McAfee is is at fault for a false positive.
