Photoshop won't install on windows 7

Hi, I purchased the abo for Photoshop and Lightroom, downloaded the set ups (on the site which was shown after the purchase) and double clicked on them to open. Now, besides security alert and the question windows of the User Account Control, nothing happens. My Laptop meets the system requirements so I don't understand where to find a solution.

Anyone who may help me?..
