photoshop won't update

Since a few days I try to update photoshop (via CC desktop app) but it stops at 50% and tells me that it can't extract the files. I uninstalled photoshop and then installed it again. That went smoothly except for some 'patches' as the interface tells me. Updating is still impssible now.

{Running Mac OS 10.9.1]

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem , unfortunately the solution to me was to directly download them from this site : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-updates-direct-links-windows.html

YES!!! That did the trick. ( http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-updates-direct-links-mac.html for Mac)

14.2.1 is installed now!
