Julienb61854513, I am sorry you are facing problems utilizing Adobe XD. If I am reading the dialog properly the current computer does not meet the minimum graphics requirements listed in Adobe XD System requirements . I would recommend you contact Packard Bell to see if there are any available updates that will allow the computer to meet the minimum system requirements to run Adobe XD.
