Please HELP, Error 188 with Photoshop

Help please, I just bought the Lr + Ps pack and Photoshop is not installed. I have verified that I have an internet connection and I have disabled the firewall thinking that this could be the cause. I need to use the program now please help.

Goto to this site How to download the Creative Cloud desktop app (adobe.com)

and download the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop Client and install it..
