Please help!

On November 28th I tried to install a new sealed retail box of Photoshop PS5 with the Serial Number XXX-XXX-XXX that was a gift for my 50th birthday.  I keep getting the error message on the serial number.  I open a case and sent six attachments of photos of the PS5 box wrapper and barcode.  Customer service tells me they cannot help me after 10 calls and my support case was withdrawn without anyone addressing my issue.  I can not afford to go out and buy new software when this new software is not working.  I have attached the photo of the label and can provide more photos in need.  PLEASE help and provide my with good customer service. 

Note that I have purshased and registered four verisons of Lightroom and PS3 (2 each) on two other computer.  I have been a great customer of Photoshop in the past and would like to maintain our relationship.

The support case number is  #0207143593 that was used to send all of my software photos
