Pop up at Start up

I am not sure which category this problem fits into.  I recently installed LR Classic and PS, as well as Creative Cloud Apps.  Now when I start my laptop, I also get a pop up message which I have attached.  Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

that's an adobe (supposed-to-be) background program.
