¿porque me salen dos planes en mi cuenta si solo he contratado uno?

Contrate el plan de estudiante, pero a los días cambie mi numero de cuenta y ahora me aparece otra plan y encima me cuesta mucho mas. No se si es un error de adobe pero en ningún momento he recibido correo alguno de esa información.
