Portfolio : Changing the order in navigation tab

Hi, recently started working on my website, I took the Ludwig theme. 
I started doing my thing and on the top of my home page, I wanted my logo on the left, and on the right my other pages and social media link. The problem is that it seems I cant change the order of those 3 tabs (Pages, logo, social media). I would like to know how I can arrange those so that it become Logo, page and then social. In that order. I've seen it on other website with the exact same theme but couldn't find it after an hour. 
Basicaly I want to transform

you must work within the constraints of each theme.
