hi everybody, i really need your help. i created a website using portfolio in november, today, while checking it, i realized it disappeared, it was online and now there's nothing.

i tried to cantact the help center but they are not giving me the right help, the phone guy disconnected my calls all the times, the online help seems to use pre-answers that didn't help me
did you have the same problem? ideas?

Is your Creative Cloud subscription still active (being paid)? Check your Adobe account if not sure.
If so, contact Adobe portfolio. The chat and phone are NOT for Portfolio support, for some reason.
