Possible phishing

Has anyone else received an email telling you that there was activity on your account from a suspicious location? The page that opened when I clicked the link (below) looked a bit fuzzy giving me pause to inquire before continuing. I have not experienced this before.  Thanks.

This is definitely not from an Apple or Adobe site. You may want to check your computer out if you did click through to this site.
