Whats happening when you try to download / install the software. Do you receive any specific error message?

How are you trying to install Premiere Elements 10 and what operating system is your computer running on?

Iraj Behnam please review Updated Installation Instructions | Premiere Elements 10 | Mac OS to solve the issue which you are experiencing.

There is an installer fix on this site that solves the problem. I was having the same problems and error messages. I downloaded the installer fix and everything installed fine.
