I bought this years back and can not seem to find any record of it at all, have tried to contact support as told to by web page. So how the ***** do I contact them? Ive been run around in circles now for hours and have about had it!!!

The original poster is trying to download version 11. Not the current version of the software.

I got it. I just forgot to mention it in my original message.

Since the user has mentioned that he is unable to find any record of purchasing the application, I thought it will be better if we refer the user to the Download and Install team as they may check the account history and help the user better.
