Premiere installer doesn't work

Hey there,

I trying desperately to install Premiere Pro on a Windows 10 Laptop. The web installer just shows me a grey panel with the wainting symbol running. Later I tried with a direct download and there I only succeed till the part where it wants my phonenumber. As phone number registration doesn't work at the moment I tried to skip which leeds to no reaction. I can't get any further and couldn't find any relating topics. Could it be an issue of my firewall?

Hi Tobiase71211061,

As you are unable to install Adobe Premiere Pro CC on your Windows 10 machine via both web and direct download link,  I would request you to download Creative Cloud app using this link: -  Download and install Creative Cloud apps and then try to install Adobe Premiere Pro CC using it.  

In case you encounter any issue while installing it, you may look for the error in the log files and troubleshoot as per the steps mentioned on this link: - Troubleshoot errors using Creative Cloud log files.

Thanks for your answer. I tried what you suggested and didn't succeed. I don't even come as far as there are any error codes being created or shown. I have Windows 8 though, not 10, as I first thought..

Do you have the required 64bit version of Windows?
