Last August I cancelled after purchasing Premier Pro cc. And I also called about the refund. But I recently found out that the program was paid. Then I stopped my credit card because I thought it was a forgery. However, when I picked up the statement, I found that I had to pay money from Adobe every month. Obviously I thought I had received a refund without using the program. I want compensation and apology for this. Several times, I tried to call a Korean counselor, but the apology did not come. And I think this problem is at Adobe company. I've been damaged and I think I'd have done more if I hadn't known.
