I need to be able to operate Premiere Pro CC on two different computers simultaneously in the office where I work. I understand with my current license I can only operate CC on one computer at a time and that I would need to purchase a second license in order to operate Premiere Pro CC on both computers simultaneously. Is that correct?

You're right.
It is possible to install and authenticate up to two PCs with one license, but running the App at the same time is not permitted by the rules.
Based on the concept of 1 license = 1 user.
In addition, it seems that installation on a computer in the office where you work is being considered, but in the case of an individual license, it is a license that can be used only by contracted people. Other employees will not be able to use them unless they purchase their own licenses separately, so if you have the possibility to use them, you may want to consider introducing a Team license that can replace users.
