Premiere Pro CC Serial #?

I was using a trial version of Premiere Pro CC, and decided to subscribe. I did that, and received a confirmation e-mail for the subscription but now when I try to start it up it asks me for a serial number, which I was not given. Most frustrating. I've run through the troubleshooting and that hasn't helped. Thoughts?

    There are no serials. Refer to this.

    Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5

    If your issues persist, you need to provide proper technical info like system specs, which you haven't done so far.

    Thank you, but I've been through all of that to no avail. I'm working on Windows 8, and I'm still being asked for a serial number.
