Premiere Rush does not use my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card. Instead it pegs my CPU at 100% while exporting videos. Every other video editing program I've tried uses my GPU - even the *free* Windows Photos app uses the GPU. As a result, Premiere Rush is completely unusable on PC hardware. Adobe might consider hiring some competent Windows programmers, because the ones you have now suck donkey balls.
