hallo,

ich habe einen Gutscheincode fuer Adobe Foto (1 Jahr Prepaid) eingegeben, aber kann keine Aenderung an meinem Abo erkennen. Es zeigt immer noch monatliche Zahlung und mein Kreditkartenkonto und den naechsten Bezahltermin an.

Gibt es keine Aenderung, so dass man sieht, dass der Gutscheincode auch gebucht wurde?

hi,
i bought a voucher code for Adobe Creative Cloud
20GB:Photoshop&Lightroom|1 year|PC/Mac Digital Download for 69€ on
amazon and then successfully redeemed it on redeem.adobe.com.
unfortunately, there is no change to my previous subscription for 11,98€
per month. obviously adobe has not taken my new tariff into account.
what can i do? typical for adobe, i can't find a help solution anywhere.
only stupid hints: contact support
