Prepaid plan is in trial mode

Hi,

I have an Adobe Creative Cloud Plan which I got a few months ago. I downloaded the apps from the Creative Cloud, but it just says trial version. And when I click on the trial days it takes to other plans which I have to pay for, but I already have a prepaid plan.

Is it possible to go straight to the permanent Photoshop instead of the trial first? I do not want to pay for another plan.

If you have a plan then the software under that plan should not be presented as a trial.
