Pressed Trial button for illustrator, and don't know how to cancel it.

Hi,

I just subscribed to the basic photography packaged, which I am happy with. However, in the "Creative Cloud Desktop", I pressed the Free 7 days Trial on Illustrator and now I do not know how to cancel this Trial. I do not want to be charged for this.

All cancellation method I use (as described in the support section) will cancel my whole subscription. I just want to cancel this 7 days free trial on Illustrator.

I appreciate if anyone knows what is the solution to this problem.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
