Hi,

I have been trying more times than I can count now to contact Customer Care and have not been able to get through. My subscription has more than DOUBLED!! without any warning at all. This is beyond ridiculous and I must talk to someone to either be refunded or my subscription canceled! I can not fathom how Adobe can get away with such poor service. Is anyone else in a similar boat?

Jesse

This is a user-to-user forum, so nobody can anything do for you.

A price increase can have different reasons.

Mostly the cheaper prices are for the first year only, as stated in the terms and conditions that you have accepted when subscribing. Sometimes it's the modified exchange rate for a foreign currency, or a modified VAT system in your country.

For cancelling follow these instructions - but have in mind that you possibly have to pay an early termination fee (50% of remaining monthly payments)
