I made a purchase from Adobe and Adobe sends the serial number to the wrong email when the right email is ( Edited by Mod..). with
I enter my account without problem
Has anyone ever happened?

It does not require a serial number, Can you please contact support for this issue via https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Hi,
When the system asked you to sign in ,you created a new account with the wrong email address that's why the system sent the email on it .
You need to contact the customer support to correct this .
