Problem drag and drop with all the creative cloud

Hi,

My configuration is Windows 10 + Creative Cloud CC (2017)

I have a big problem on all the software (photoshop, illustrator, indesign...).

When i want to drag and drop an element like picture or block text, the mouse "loose" the element.

It's really annoying.

I search many times a solution on web but i don't find something who solve my problem.

Someone has an idea ?

Thank you for your help.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties.

I wondered if this was more of an issue with Windows 10 rather than with Adobe

Please see this link for reference

how to fix drag and drop in windows 10? - Microsoft Community

Could you test if it happens in non-Adobe apps too?

Thanks,

- Dave

i confirm the same issue, since i installed windows 10 professional 64bit in my workstation with CC2017.

Photoshop Premiere Illustrator Audition, drag and drop doesn't work. only After Effects works fine.

I have the UAC deactivated, but nothing works.

i found some solution on youtube, they prompt you to change one value to registry editor. This fixs the problem, but screws windows operations (errors like you need to login with administrator privileges etc), so i revert back to the default value.

I think it is related to windows 10, since i have the same issue in 3dsmax 2017.

i have also contacted Microsoft live (automatic?) chat.

they prompted me to try few different solutions such as:

uninstall /install cc2017

create new user and run programms from the new user

get the latest updates

unfortunately nothing worked.

if anyone has a solution to this problem please share it with us.

if your mouse uses batteries, replace the batteries.

try a different mouse to see if you can eliminate your mouse as the problem's cause.
