hey, i press to pay and i get empty page white page

why i cant to pay ?

I try to speak with agent but its not help me...

idont speak English good,

i try to buy now and i cant i dont now why

when time i press in a website on “buy now” it move me to empty page everything in white...

hey tanks you for help but it's not work...

that no of on from my problem, my problem its when I'm in a website to buy product (all apps) I will press on "buy now" and I get empty page(everything in whit) I add photo on this comment.
