problem installing adobe photoshop cc 2018

Question

I was installing photoshop cc 2018 in my win 10, but it said I need to update the creative cloud. I did update the app but when I tried to install again, it keeps said I need to update the creative cloud even though I just updated it. So I uninstalled everything and tried to install it again but the same problem appears again.

I can't find the problem.

Thanks for sharing the update Chezzka, next I would suggest a manual cleanup of the CC desktop app. To do that follow the steps given in the following thread: Photoshop Installation Failed

Hi Chezzka,As you have mentioned you are unable to install Photoshop CC on your machine because the CC desktop apps ask for an update every time you try. This can be a hidden error indicating something else, could you please let us know the operating system and its version installed on your computer?Meanwhile, you may try the solutions given in the following help document and see if that helps:"Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.Awaiting your response.
