Problem installing Creative Cloud (error code : 64)

Hello

As I try to install the free license of Adobe Creative Cloud, the setup quickly shows up with this window saying :

"The following problems happened

Fail of the installation of Creative Cloud for desktop (Error code : 64)

I looked up everywhere across the Internet and i never found anyone with the same error as me

It seems like no one never had an error code 64

Would anyone have a solution for my problem ?

These files actually don't even exist

The only file I got in this HlpCfg is a Reader.helpcfg

uninstall everything cc

clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
