Problem mit Offlineaktivierung CS6

Hi allerseits,
ich bitte dringend um Hilfe bei folgendem Problem:
 
Ich habe auf einem 2012er MacPro mit OS X Yosemite (10.10.5) die Creative Suite 6 installiert.
Aufgrund seines Alters ist der Mac ausschließlich im Offlinebetrieb.
Nun wurde ich per Dialogbox von der Creative Suite aufgefordert, mein Produkt mit der Seriennummer neu zu aktivieren.
Da keine Internetverbindung besteht, wählte ich zwangsläufig den Weg der “Offlineregistrierung“.
Mit einem aktuellen Mac wählte ich den Link bei Adobe, bei dem ich den “Antwortcode“ für die Offlineaktivierung erzeugen können sollte:
www.adobe.com/go/getactivated_de (Error404 Seite existiert nicht)
Leider existiert diese Seite nicht, meine Suche nach einem Ersatz blieb erfolglos, einen anderen Link habe ich nicht gefunden.
 
Kennt irgend jemand den aktuellen Link zu der Seite, auf der ich den Antwortcode erzeugen kann?
Ich bin beruflich dringend auf diese Software angewiesen und zeitlich sehr unter Druck!

Unbelievable... after 4 weeks of trying... it was successful!

Step by step:

1) I installed CS6 on my MacPro (offline) from my DVD without inserting serial number.

2) After Installation I opened Photoshop.

3) When asked for the serial number I clicked “no connection to the internet“ on my MacPro

4) Than I clicked “Generate request code“ on my MacPro

5) I opened this link on my iMac (online): www.adobe.com/go/getactivated 

6) I opened this link on my iMac: Generate a Response Code 

7) I copied the request code from my MacPro and inserted it (via usb-stick) into the form on my iMac

😎 I inserted my serial number into the form on my iMac

9) I clicked “generate answer code“ on my iMac

10) I copied the answer code from my iMac and inserted it (via usb-stick) into the Photoshop window on my MacPro

11) I pressed “enter“ and saw the popup that made me happy: Offlineactivation completed. Creative Suite 6 has been activated successfully and can be used now.

Ich finde alles - nur nicht wie und woher ich einen „Anforderungscode” erhalte!

Den muss ich zusammen mit der Seriennummer eingegen, um einen Antwortcode zu erstellen.

Kann mir jemand sagen , wie ich de „Anforderungscode” erhalte?

Warum kann das Adobe nicht klar und deutlich irgend schreiben? (Mir unerklärlich!)

Man sollte es seinen Kunden einfacher machen uund nicht (noch) komplizierter als es schon ist.

Vieleicht sollte man dirt mal die Apple-Strategie anwenden ...

Ging mir genauso.

Allerdings hat www.adobe.com/go/getactivated dann zur richtigen Seite geführt. Leider ist das keine Info die auf den Adobe-Websites zur Verfügung gestellt wird, dort wird überall noch der alte Link veröffentlicht 😞

      ...Hinzuzufügen wäre noch, dass die Software 2012 regulär gekauft wurde, eine legale Seriennummer hat und bisher völlig problemfrei lief...

      has cs6 been activated on that computer previously and not explicitly deactivated?  if yes and yes, click "choose to connect later"

       

       

      if that does not apply to your situation, your default browser (and/or the browser used to retrieve the response code) must support tls 1.2. you can test here, Qualys SSL Labs - Projects / SSL Client Test , and get help here, System requirements for TLS 1.2 for Mac users - Ex Libris Knowledge Center (exlibrisgroup.com)

        Thanks a lot for your friendly support!

        Meanwhile I also have checked my Java version  (8-211), I had set back my hostfile, I had checked TLS with my default browser (Firefox)

         

        I uninstalled CS6 this morning.

        I run the cleaningtool (didn´t find any leftover)

        I tried to install CS6 from the DVD. When I reached the moment after entering the serial number I got the well known popup window “connect to the internet“ (see attachment). The computer is online!

        Then I downloaded CS6 from my adobe account. It´s registered there, it´s legal and activations are still available (checked by the support). I started installation but after entering my serial number I had again the same old problem.

        And that´s where I am standing now... 🙂
